Logs
Helix Dashboard is its own item in the GoHighLevel sidebar, alongside Helix Dialer and Helix Config. It is available to admins for the live board and reporting tabs. Agents open the separate Helix Agent menu for their own call logs. It opens inside GoHighLevel in the same tab, so you stay signed in as you move between it and the dialer.
Nothing here is a settings screen. There’s no Save changes button anywhere on the page, and no campaign, contact or charge can be edited from it.
What’s on it
Section titled “What’s on it”For admins, the tab bar has four items, and the page opens on the first: the Live Agents board — the floor as it stands right now. Who’s ready, who’s on a call and for how long, who’s waiting on hold, and the controls to listen in, coach or sign someone out. Those controls act the moment you press them; it’s the one part of this page that does anything rather than only report.
The other three tabs are history, and are strictly read-only — you’re looking at what already happened.
| Tab | What it answers |
|---|---|
| Call Logs | What happened on a call, and when |
| CPA | What your vendor leads cost per acquisition |
| API Logs | Did our writes to GoHighLevel land, what did GoHighLevel say back, and what did your vendors post in |
Helix Agent
Section titled “Helix Agent”Helix Agent shows your own calls with Time, Direction, Contact, Disposition, Outcome and Talk time. The date range defaults to Today. Use the date and disposition pickers to filter your logs, and calls are shown newest first, fifty per page. Calls transferred to you remain in your history. Stats cards and recording playback are not shown in the agent view. The live board, account billing reports and integration logs are available to admins.
Every time on this page — the Time column, the date-range filter, the When in an expanded row — is shown in your browser’s timezone, and the Call Logs and API Logs tabs each name that timezone at the foot of the table. There’s no account timezone to set, so two admins, one in New York and one in Denver, looking at the same call each see their own local clock time.
Signing out
Section titled “Signing out”There’s no sign-out button on this page, deliberately. This page and the dialer share one sign-in, and signing out here would knock your own dialer offline mid-call. Sign out from the dialer instead.
The three history tabs
Section titled “The three history tabs”- Calls — every call placed or received, with filters for agent, number, campaign, list, vendor, disposition and outcome, plus recording playback.
- Integrations — every write we sent to GoHighLevel, every message GoHighLevel sent us, and every lead your vendors posted in, with the failures called out first.
- CPA — what your inbound vendors cost, grouped by vendor or by the agent who took the call.
