Attributes

Everything on this tab answers one question: which calls is this person allowed to take? Four cards, four different ways a call can be narrowed down to a subset of your team.

They all work the same way. Click a chip to tick it, click again to untick. Each card counts what’s ticked in it and carries its own Clear button — Clear only empties the card it sits under, never the others. There’s no select-all.

You don’t create attributes here, you grant them. The account-wide list lives in Settings → Attributes.

The custom eligibility attributes this member holds — Spanish, VIP, whatever your account has defined. Some show a #tag beside the name: that’s the GoHighLevel contact tag that applies the attribute to a caller automatically.

The rule the hint states is an and, not an or: a caller reaches this member only when they hold every attribute the call carries. A call that picks up two attributes — one from the number it came in on, one from the caller’s tags — needs an agent holding both. Ticking more attributes on a person always widens who they can take; adding attributes to a call always narrows who can take it.

If nothing’s been set up yet the card says No attributes defined yet. Create them under Settings → Attributes.

A chip for each of the 50 US states plus DC. Tick the ones this member is licensed to sell in.

These only bite when a campaign asks them to. Turn on state-licensing routing on a campaign’s Outbound or Inbound tab and that campaign will only hand this member leads and callers from the states ticked here. Leave the toggles off and this card changes nothing.

The count you tick shows up in the States column on the Users list, so you can see the whole team’s coverage at a glance.

Every shared number you own has its own attribute; this card hands them out. This member is only handed callers who dialled a number ticked here — an unticked number’s calls go to other agents.

An empty card reads No shared numbers yet. Buy one under Numbers → Shared. — that’s Numbers → Shared.

The same grant is editable from the other end, on a number’s own Agents card in its number settings. It’s one setting with two doors, not two settings.

The same idea for bought calls. Every vendor has its own attribute, and this member is only handed live transfers from a vendor ticked here. Unticked vendors’ calls go to other agents. The other door is the Agents card on the vendor’s General tab.

An empty card reads No vendors yet. Add one under Vendors. — that’s Vendors.

Nothing on this tab is written when you click a chip. The header’s single Save changes commits every card at once, and the unsaved count beside it tells you how many individual ticks are still pending. Switching to General or pressing Back with changes outstanding asks Discard unsaved changes? first.
