The agent bar

A phone system that is simply there.

Helix docks into GoHighLevel’s own header and stays there — on the contact, in the conversation, on the calendar. Your agents get a real phone without leaving the CRM they already work in, and there is nothing to install on their machines.

One strip across the top of GoHighLevel, on every screen. A live call follows the agent from record to record instead of ending when the page changes.Sample data — every name and number in the mocks on this page is invented.

A whole shift, one strip

Pick a campaign. Go ready. Talk.

An agent’s entire day fits in the strip they are already looking at. Nothing else to open, nothing to sign into twice, and no window to keep on top.

Ready is a decision, not a side effect

Joining a campaign puts an agent in it, paused. They go Ready when their headset is on — which is the moment they can be handed a live customer, and the moment they choose.

The record opens itself

As a call connects, GoHighLevel moves to that person’s record behind the bar. Their history is in front of the agent before anyone says hello.

The counter beside the pill is theirs

It shows the callers holding right now that this agent is cleared to take, not the account’s total — so it means something to the person reading it.

During the call

Everything a real floor asks for, one click into the bar.

Hold, a warm handover with a private word first, a cold one straight through, or a third voice on the line — all from a panel that stays open while the agent works the record behind it.

Keys play down the line

The transfer panel: who is on the call, what each of them is doing, and three ways to reach somebody new.Sample data.

Hold is a real hold

The caller hears hold music, not a muted agent. The button waits for the call itself to confirm before it changes, so a held badge always means a caller who genuinely cannot hear you.

Warm and cold, on separate buttons

Add brings somebody in with everyone else on hold, so the agent can hand over privately and then step out. Transfer sends the customer straight there.

Three on a call, each with their own hold

Once a third person joins, every row holds and resumes on its own — because with three people on the line, “hold” has stopped being one question.

Three ways to reach somebody

Inside the panel: a keypad for a number you know, your own team with each person’s live status, or the destinations an admin saved. Anyone already on a call is marked busy.

Tones down the line, mid-call

The same in-call keypad plays keys to the far end, for working somebody’s menu or sending an extension without leaving the call.

Only the controls an agent reaches for

The bar carries hold, transfer and the outcome picker. Muting stays on the headset or the operating system, where agents already do it.

Wrap-up

Say what happened once, and GoHighLevel already knows.

The middle of the bar becomes your own list of outcomes. Picking one tags the contact, updates the fields you mapped, and drops the recording into their GoHighLevel conversation. Nobody re-types anything into a second system, because there is no second system.

Wrap Up
The outcome list is the one your admin wrote. “Pause after saving” is the right half of the button, so an agent takes their break at the end of this call rather than the next.Sample data — the outcomes shown are illustrative.

The outcomes are yours

Each one carries a tag and a set of contact-field updates. If that number was not a contact yet, saving creates one, so the outcome always has somewhere to land.

The recording lands on the timeline

In the contact’s own GoHighLevel conversation, where the rest of your team finds it without being sent anything.

The agent decides when to move on

No countdown, no automatic advance. Saving takes them back to Ready for the next call, or to Paused if that is where the call found them.

Nothing to install. Nothing to open. No second tab.

When something breaks

A broken dialer looks different from a quiet one.

An agent sitting in silence is the only person who can tell you their line has died — and only if they can see it. Every fault Helix knows about lands on the bar in its own colour, with the fix on it where there is one.

Audio lostThe caller can’t hear you — end the call and redial.
The call is up and the audio has gone. The strip under the bar carries the one button that ends it.Sample data.

A microphone that is not there

An agent whose browser cannot reach their microphone gets an error instead of a green pill, so no customer is joined to a line nobody can hear.

A line that dropped

The agent is paused automatically while it comes back, and put on Ready again when it does — with a message either way, rather than a quiet bench.

A call that never went out

The bar says why in one line, right where the agent is looking, instead of a button that appears to do nothing.

Instructions from anywhere else

The bar takes instructions only from the GoHighLevel page it is docked into, so nothing else sharing that page can place a call on an agent’s seat.

Put it on your own screens.

Helix is in private release with a small number of GoHighLevel agencies. Tell us about your floor, or read the bar screen by screen first — it is all written down.

The dialer places calls to US and toll-free numbers only.
