Phone numbers are part of the plan.

Every number counts — agent lines, your outbound pool, shared numbers and vendor numbers.

Questions

The details.

What is a number credit?

One credit is one phone number you own, for one month. Agent lines, your outbound pool, shared numbers and vendor numbers all draw on the same allowance. Running out is a hard stop rather than an overage: buying another number is refused until you add credits or release one you no longer use.

What happens if a payment fails?

A failed payment gets a three-day grace period before your team stops dialing, and your phone numbers are held for 14 days. A card that fails on a Friday does not cost you the numbers your team calls from.

Can I cancel?

Yes, on your own billing screen — you never have to ask us. It stops the billing at the end of the period you have already paid for and you keep full access until then. Resuming reverses it right up to the moment it takes effect.

Can I add seats mid-month?

Yes. Seats go up and down on the same screen, and the number credits that come with them move at the same time. Changes are prorated on your next invoice. You cannot set seats below the number of people using them — the stepper stops there and says so.
