Features

Everything else the floor runs on.

What you watch while the calls are happening, what you keep afterwards, and who you hand it all to.

Every call, in one table.

Every call the floor placed or took, filterable by agent, number, campaign, list, vendor and outcome. Open a row and it says what actually happened in plain English — why a call ended the way it did, which side hung up, and how the time split between ringing, waiting and talking.

A second tab answers the other half of the question: did our writes reach GoHighLevel, and what did GoHighLevel say back. Agents get the same screen, filtered to their own calls.

Sample data throughout — every name, number and figure in the two mocks on this page is invented.

Listen in, coach, or take the call.

The live board shows who is ready, who is on a call and how long they have been there — rows deepen in colour the longer someone holds a state, so the one who needs you finds you. From any row a manager can listen without being heard, speak to the agent alone, or join the call outright, and switch between the three mid-call.

Coaching is armed on the person, so it carries into their next call and the one after. Speak to an agent mid-call and only they hear you — the customer does not, and neither does the recording.

The board while a manager is whispering to one agent. Everyone else's call carries on untouched. Sample data.

Your caller ID, not a warning label.

Carriers score every number that calls their subscribers, and one that scores badly arrives as a warning on the screen instead of your caller ID. Helix registers your business with the carriers under your own identity — your name, not ours — and watches the reputation of the numbers you own.

A number the carriers flag is disputed on your behalf automatically. It is part of the plan: there is nothing to buy on that screen and no add-on to switch on.

Local numbers, rotated the way a carrier expects.

Buy numbers in the console and give each one a job: an agent's own direct line, a shared number that rings a queue, a lead vendor's line, or the outbound pool.

When a campaign dials, it presents the least recently used of the five numbers closest to the person being called — by their zip if you have it, then their state, then their area code. It is one rule applied at whatever precision you have on the person, and it rotates rather than wearing out the single nearest number. A number the carriers have flagged is held out of the rotation until it recovers.

There is no upgrade. Everything on this page is in the one price.

What a lead source is really costing you.

Vendors post leads straight into a campaign and get a number of their own for live transfers. The same person sold to you twice is caught across the whole account, and the duplicate is still written down — naming the call that beat it — so nobody quietly looks free.

Give a vendor a rate and each of their calls carries what it was worth. Cost per acquisition then reads by vendor, or by agent: the one who opened the lead keeps the cost and the one who closed it takes the conversion. It is a record you can take back to your lead source. Helix never invoices anyone.

Your GoHighLevel contacts, already here.

Every contact in the linked location is held locally and kept in step within seconds of changing in GoHighLevel, with a full re-read every day. Routing decisions are made against what is already here rather than a request sent off mid-call.

Dial a list you built by hand, or link a GoHighLevel smart list and let it keep itself current. What the agent marks at the end of a call goes back the other way: a tag and fields on the contact, and the recording in their conversation timeline.

A clean call log proves nothing.

An empty row of complaints is equally consistent with a floor that screened every number and one that never checked. So Helix keeps the positive record instead — written as each thing happens, not reconstructed afterwards.

  • Do Not Call, with provenanceWho put a number on the list, where it came from, and an entry when it comes off again.
  • What the screening sawEach call you place is stamped with the version of your list it was checked against and the time it was where the person answering lives.
  • The refusals, as they happenA call that is not placed is recorded with the reason it was not placed. It is kept as a record, not as a report you can open.
  • Consent from posted leadsHeld as its own record, structurally apart from the ninety-day clear-out that prunes the rest.
  • Do Not Disturb, mirroredA contact marked Do Not Disturb in GoHighLevel is suppressed here, and it works in both directions.

Two roles, and a seat that comes straight back.

Admins manage the account; agents dial. You invite someone by email, give them the campaigns they work and the licences and requirements their calls need, and hand them a direct line of their own.

Switching a user off signs them out on the spot and frees their seat the same moment, ready for the next hire. Their calls and their direct number are kept, waiting for the day they come back.

All of it, on day one.

Nothing here is a tier, a module, or something you turn on later. One plan, five seats minimum, and every screen above it in the price.
